CHALLENGES:
Limited online presence, consisting of a basic landing page and inactive social media, making it difficult to communicate with talent and the market.
The absence of clear information about culture, values, or job opportunities undermined the company’s credibility with potential candidates, negatively impacting hiring efforts.
The lack of a clear digital presence compromised Air Apps’ credibility and hindered the attraction of qualified talent.
MY ROLE:
Project Leadership and Strategic Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Defined the structure and content for the new website.
Coordinated creation and development with a third-party agency.
Revamped social media pages and created content strategies.
Developed and implemented an internal talent referral program.
INSIGHT:
Communicating Air Apps’ legitimacy and unique value as an innovative, remote-first employer would provide candidates with a sense of trust.
PROPOSAL:
Develop a robust website with detailed information about company values, culture, and career opportunities to support recruitment and selection processes. Additionally, create a content and communication strategy for social media to build a strong online presence tailored to three different target audiences, ensuring engaging and relevant content that highlights the company’s mission, work environment, and growth opportunities.

Focused on communication that reflects the company’s values.

Defined site architecture and messaging tone, highlighting Air Apps’ innovation and global reach.

Developed tools to encourage employees to refer qualified talent.

Ongoing strategy to boost engagement, promote job opportunities, and strengthen the employer brand.
