Speaker Selection - Invite relevant speakers to participate free of charge.
Memorable Experience - Deliver a memorable and impactful experience for all participants.
Alignment - Collaborate with People and Design teams to ensure seamless logistics and a strong visual impact for the event.
MY ROLE:
Creation, Coordination, Execution, and Master of Ceremonies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Event ideation and creation of promotional content.
Management of communications and creative direction.
Organization of team-building activities.
Promotion, PR, and Social Media
Collection of feedback to evaluate the participants’ experience.
Hosting the event to ensure participant engagement.

The world were being transformed by the recent launch of ChatGPT—artificial intelligence as a strategic focus, aligned with the launch of Air Apps’ new personal assistant.
1. Event Proposal
Define the theme and objectives, focusing on AI and innovation.
2. Speaker Selection
Identify specialists in AI and entrepreneurship to inspire and add value to the event.
3. Event Schedule
Develop a detailed schedule including lectures, interactive moments, and team activities.
4. Team-Building Activities
Interactive dynamics to promote integration and collaboration.
5. Gifts and Support Materials
Development of themed gifts and promotional materials aligned with Air Apps’ identity.
6. Main Presentation
Creation of a central presentation to set the tone of the event and engage participants.
7. Social Media Coverage
Active documentation of the event on social media, driving interaction and expanding reach.
