Establish the event as a recurring date to launch impactful and grand initiatives, overcome the lack of in-person collaboration, engagement, and knowledge sharing, and increase the company’s recognition and visibility in the market.

Overall Strategy - Approach to achieve the event’s objectives.
Experience Planning - Designed activities, events, workshops, lectures, and actions to promote engagement, collaboration, and learning.
Calendar Organization - Structured a balanced agenda.
INSIGHT:
Unite, Strengthen, and Integrate.
Reinforce the new publishing business unit—transforming employees into agents of change. Engage the team in creating processes and solutions within a collaborative environment to build a deeper understanding of their new publishing role and foster a culture of innovation.
The event combined hands-on workshops, lectures, activities, learning moments, entertainment, and cross-team discussions, enhanced by gamification mechanics to ensure all employees fully participated and left aligned with company goals.

1. Event Proposal
Theme: “Air Apps, the App Publisher.”
Objectives: Focus on innovation, engagement, professional development, and strengthening organizational culture.
Launch Events: External launch party for the AI-powered Translation App.
Launch of the Air Control platform, an Internal app management tool.
2. Proposed Activities with Detailed Execution Mechanics:
Main Challenge Option: Build a Rube Goldberg machine, symbolizing the creation of new publishing processes.
Daily Challenges Option: Activities designed to address identified problem areas and promote cross-team collaboration.
Suggested Lectures and Workshops: Topics such as Innovation, Strategic Planning, and a workshop on Process Creation.
Event Schedule Proposal: Balanced activities across the days, mixing work time, professional development, and downtime.
Team-Building Format: Collaborative activities to strengthen employee bonds, such as a scavenger hunt in a historical location. This reinforced company values, created enjoyment, and explored the surroundings.
